အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးနဲ႔ ဗုိလ္ရာညြန္႔လမ္းထဲေရာက္တုိင္း “Tummour”ကုိ သတိထားမိေနပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္မဖြင့္ခင္ကတည္းက  ဘယ္ေတာ့ဖြင့္မလဲဆုိၿပီး ေစာင့္ေနမိတာပါ.. တကယ္တန္း ဆုိင္ဖြင့္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာလည္း ေရာက္ေအာင္သြားခဲ့ပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္အတြင္းကုိလွမ္းဝင္လုိက္တာနဲ႔ စားခ်င္စဖြယ္ မုန္႔ဗူးေလးမ်ားကုိ အစီအရီျဖင့္ ခင္းက်င္းထားတာ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. လွလွပပႏွင့္ မ်က္စိပသာဒလည္း ျဖစ္ေစပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္အတြင္းပုိင္းကုိေတာ့ ႐ုိး႐ုိး႐ွင္း႐ွင္းႏွင့္ အဆင့္အတန္းျမင့္စြာ ျပင္ဆင္ထားတာေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္အတြင္း က်ယ္က်ယ္ဝန္းဝန္းလည္း႐ွိတဲ့အတြက္ စားသုံးသူကုိ သက္ေသာင့္သက္သာ ျဖစ္ေစပါတယ္.. အလင္းေရာင္ ေကာင္းေကာင္းရႏုိင္တဲ့တစ္ေနရာမွာ ေနရာယူလုိက္ေတာ့ ဆုိင္ဝန္ထမ္းေလးမွ Menu စာအုပ္လာေပးပါတယ္.. ေလ့လာၾကည့္လုိက္ေတာ့ အစားအေသာက္ထူးထူးဆန္းဆန္းေလးေတြ မ်ားစြာ႐ွိတာကုိ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. တျခား ယုိးဒယားဆုိင္ေတြနဲ႔မတူတာကေတာ့ “သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္း”ကုိ (၉)မ်ိဳးတိတိ Menuထဲမွာ ထဲ့သြင္းထားပါတယ္.. အျမည္းအေနနဲ႔ ေျပာျပရမယ္ဆုိရင္ “ဆားဘဲဥ သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္း” “ဂုတ္သားကင္ သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္း” “ဂဏန္းသေဘၤာသီးအစပ္ေထာင္း” စတဲ့ စိတ္ဝင္စားစရာ သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္းေလးေတြက အစပ္ႀကိဳက္တဲ့ပ်ိဳေမတုိ႔အတြက္ေတာ့ တကယ္ကုိကြက္တိပါပဲ႐ွင္.. ကၽြန္မကေတာ့ “ယုိးဒယားအစုံသုတ္”တစ္ပြဲ၊ “ယုိးဒယားေခါက္ဆြဲေၾကာ္”တစ္ပြဲမွာလုိက္ပါတယ္.. ခ်ိဳခ်ဳိခ်ဥ္ခ်ဥ္ေလးစားခ်င္ေတာ့ “ျပည္ႀကီးငါး သံပုရာေပါင္း” တစ္ပြဲရယ္.. “ဝက္ေခါက္ပင္စိမ္းအစပ္ေၾကာ္”တစ္ပြဲရယ္ ထပ္မွာလုိက္ၿပီး ခဏေလးအတြင္းမွာပင္ မွာယူထားတာမ်ား ေရာက္႐ွိလာပါတယ္.. ဗိုက္ဆာေနတာမုိ႔ုလို႔ “ယုိးဒယားေခါက္ဆြဲေၾကာ္”ကို အရင္ဆုံးစစားလုိက္ပါတယ္.. အုိး !! တကယ္ကုိ အရသာ႐ွိလွတဲ့ ေခါက္ဆဲြေၾကာ္ပါပဲ.. ေခါက္ဆြဲရဲ႕အရသာကုိက တကယ္ထူးျခားေနပါတယ္.. အခ်ိဳ၊အစပ္ညီမွ်တဲ့ ဒီေခါက္ဆြဲေၾကာ္ေလးကုိ လုိအပ္သလုိ တြဲဖက္စားသုံးဖုိ႔အတြက္ သၾကား၊ င႐ုတ္သီးမႈန္႔၊ ေျမပဲမႈန္႔ နဲ႔ ပဲပင္ေပါက္ေလးေတြ ထည့္ေပးထားပါတယ္.. ေခါက္ဆြဲဖတ္ေတြ၊ အေမႊးန႔ံသာေတြ၊ ဟင္းခတ္မႈန္႔ေတြကအစ ယုိးဒယားကေန တင္သြင္းလာတယ္လုိ႔ ဆုိပါတယ္.. ထပ္မံျမည္းစမ္းၾကည့္တာကေတာ့ “ျပည္ႀကီးငါး သံပုရာေပါင္း”ပါ.. အသားျပည့္ျပည့္ ျပည္ႀကီးငါးေတြကုိ ႏူးေနေအာင္ေပါင္းထားၿပီး အကြင္းလုိက္လွီးထားပါတယ္.. ထုိ႔ေနာက္ ေဂၚဖီ၊ မုန္လာဥတုိ႔ကုိ ပါးပါးလွီးကာ င႐ုတ္သီးစိမ္းကုိ ႏုတ္ႏုတ္စဥ္းထားၿပီး သံပုရာသီးအရည္႐ႊမ္း႐ႊမ္းႏွင့္ ေရာေႏွာသုတ္ထားေသာ “ျပည္ႀကီးငါး”ဟာဆုိရင္ အရသာတကယ္ကုိ ထိထိမိမိ႐ွိလွပါတယ္.. အရမ္းကုိေကာင္းတဲ့ အသုတ္ဆုိတာ ရဲရဲႀကီး အာမခံႏုိင္ပါတယ္႐ွင္.. တစ္ခါစားမိရင္ ခဏခဏစားခ်င္ေအာင္ စြဲလန္းေစတဲ့ “ျပည္ႀကီးငါး သံပုရာေပါင္း”ပါ.. ထုိ႔ေနာက္ “ဝက္ေခါက္ပင္စိမ္းအစပ္ေၾကာ္”ကုိ ျမည္းၾကည့္လုိက္ပါတယ္.. ဝက္အေခါက္၊အသားတုိ႔ကုိ ပင္စိမ္း၊ “မိႈ” တုိ႔နဲ႔ေရာေႏွာကာ ေၾကာ္ခ်က္ထားၿပီး င႐ုတ္သီးစိမ္း၊ င႐ုတ္ပြ အေတာင့္႐ွည္တုိ႔ကုိ ႏုိင္ႏုိင္ထည့္ထားပါတယ္.. အရသာက ေလးေလးပင္ပင္႐ွိယုံအျပင္ င႐ုတ္သီးနံ႔ကုိပါ စားလုိက္တုိင္းရေနတာ တကယ္ကုိ သေဘာက်စရာေကာင္းပါတယ္.. ဝက္ေခါက္ကလည္း မြမြေလးနဲ႔ စားလုိ႔ေကာင္းသလုိ “မႈိ”နဲ႔တြဲဖက္ထားတဲ့အတြက္လည္း အရသာပုိၿပီး ျပည့္စုံသြားပါတယ္.. တကယ္စားသုံးၾကည့္သင့္တဲ့ ဟင္းလ်ာတစ္ပြဲလုိ႔ ေျပာပါရေစ႐ွင္.. ေနာက္တစ္ခုကေတာ့ “ယုိးဒယား အစုံသုတ္”ပါ.. စတီး(လ္)လင္ဗန္းေလးတစ္ခုထဲမွာ သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္းကုိ အလယ္မွာထားၿပီး မုန္႔ဖတ္၊ ဆားဘဲဥ၊ ငါးကေလးေၾကာ္၊ ခ်ဥ္ဖတ္၊ ပုဇြန္ေျခာက္၊ ပဲပင္ေပါက္၊ ပဲေတာင့္႐ွည္၊ ကန္စြန္းညြန္႔၊ ထိက႐ုံး စတာေတြကုိ စုံစုံလင္လင္ထည့္ထားၿပီး ဟုိနည္းနည္း ဒီနည္းနည္း ယူစားရတဲ့ “အစုံသုတ္”ေလးပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္.. သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္းရဲ႕အရသာကေတာ့ စားေနက်အရသာေတြနဲ႔ ကြဲထြက္ေနတာ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. ငါးပိစစ္စစ္အနံ႔ကုိ သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္းစားလုိက္တုိင္း ရေနတာလည္း ထူးျခားမႈတစ္ခုပါပဲ.. အရသာအပုိအလုိမ႐ွိ ကြက္တိက်သလုိ မုန္႔ဖတ္ေလးနဲ႔ တြဲဖက္စားသုံးရတာကလည္း တစ္မ်ိဳးေလးဆန္းေနပါတယ္.. သေဘၤာသီးေထာင္းေလးစားလုိက္ ဆားဘဲဥေလးတစ္ကုိက္ကုိက္လုိက္ အသီးအ႐ြက္ေလးေတြ ဝါးလုိက္ႏွင့္ တကယ္ကုိ အုိေကမွာ စုိေျပေနပါေတာ့တယ္.. စားေနက် ယိုးဒယားအစားအစာေတြထဲက ကြဲထြက္ေနတာက “Tummour”ရဲ႕ထူးျခားခ်က္ပါပဲ.. ဆုိင္႐ွိဟင္းလ်ာတုိ႔ႏွင့္ တြဲဖက္စားသုံးႏုိင္ေအာင္လည္း ထမင္းျဖဴ၊ ေကာက္ညွင္း၊ မုန္႔ဖတ္တုိ႔ကုိ ျပင္ဆင္ေပးထားပါတယ္.. ေနာက္ထပ္သေဘာက်မိတာ တစ္ခုကေတာ့ “ေစ်းႏႈန္း”ပါပဲ.. လူအမ်ားစားႏုိင္တဲ့ ေစ်းႏႈန္းကုိပဲ သတ္မွတ္ေပးထားပါတယ္.. အသုတ္၊အေထာင္းကုိ အဓိကထားေရာင္းတဲ့ဆုိင္ေလးဆုိေပမယ့္ ထမင္းနဲ႔တြဲဖက္စားစရာ ဟင္းပြဲမ်ားကုိလည္း သင့္တင့္တဲ့ေစ်းႏႈန္းနဲ႔ ရ႐ွိႏုိင္ပါတယ္.. ယုိးဒယားစာစစ္စစ္ကုိ စားသုံးခ်င္သူမ်ားအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ျမည္းစမ္းသင့္တဲ့ ဆုိင္ေလးတစ္ဆုိင္အျဖစ္ MyLann မွ လမ္းညႊန္ေပးလုိက္ရပါတယ္႐ွင္..

 

It is crowded around the downtown center of Yangon, around Boyarnyunt Street and Yaw Min Gyi street, full of restaurants, along the street, different kinds of restaurants are situated making a lot of choices. Whether you want to have Japanese traditional dishes, western dishes, Myanmar dishes, it is available there. Out of all of these, I may introduce my beloved friends. With a newly opened Thai Restaurant.

Whenever I was in Boyarnyunt Street, I always noticed ‘Tummour’. Even when it was not yet opened, I was wanting for it. And when it was actually opened, I was there. As soon as I stepped into the restaurants, a display of eatable food boxes, that gives appetite, were seen. It was beautiful and attractive. The interior decoration was simply made in high standard. As the restaurant was wide enough, it made the customer comfortable. When I took the seat at a place with good light, the staff of the restaurant came and gave the menu. When studied, it was found out, that there were many strange dishes. What was not the same with other restaurants was, that the pounded papaya salad was added in 9 types in the menu. If it was to talk about taste, it would be exact from the maidens, that ‘Salted Duck Egg Papaya Salad’, ‘Grilled Pork Papaya Salad’, ‘Hot Crab Papaya Salad’, etc., were the interesting ones, who like hot tastes. I ordered myself ‘Thai Mixed Salad’ and ‘Thai Fried Noodle’, first. And I wanted to eat sweet and sour, I made an order of ‘Roasted Squid Sour’ and ‘Hot Pork Rind Flesh with Basil’. In a short time, the dishes I ordered arrived. As I was hungry, I ate ‘Thai Fried Noodle’ first. Oh! What a delicious Fried Noodle! The taste of fried noodle was exceptional. To eat this proportionate combination of fried noodle, sugar, chili powder, peanut powder and bean sprouts were added. It was said, that noodle, recipes and scents were imported from Thailand. The next, which I tasted, was ‘Roasted Squid Sour’, squid with thick flesh were roasted well and sliced in circles. Then cabbage, carrots were thin sliced, added thoroughly with chopped Chili and mixing the lime juice to make a good salad. So the squid was very delicious and taste effective I could guarantee, it was a very good salad. Then ‘Hot Pork Rind Flesh with Basil’ was tasted. By mixed pork and mushroom, it was fried by adding chili and bell pepper plentifully. It gave a heavy taste by eating the smell of chili, it made the taste complete. Pork rind was rusk-like and tasty because it was mixed in combination with mushroom, the taste was more complete. Let me tell you about another dish, that should really be eaten. That was ‘Thai Mixed Salad’. On a steel tray, Papaya Salad was placed at the center, with the Encirclement of Rice Noodles, salted duck egg, small fried fish, pickle, dried prawns, bean sprouts, beans, etc,. were added and it was the salad eaten by having the separate parts of it. The taste of papaya salad differed from other tastes. Whenever papaya salad was eaten, the real smell of fish paste was inhaled and it was also an exception. The taste was just exact as needed and the combination to eat with rice noodles was also something strange. It was ok by eating papaya salad together with a bite of salted duck egg and chewing vegetables. The taste, that differed from the normally eaten foodm was the exception of Tummour. Even though it could be able to combine in the consuming with other dishes of the restaurant, it was arranged together with white rice, sticky rice and rice noodles. The other thing, that made me satisified was the ‘Price’. It was fixed at the reasonable price for everyone. Even it was a restaurant mainly sold with salads, pounded dishes, that can be combined and eaten were also available at reasonable price. For those, who want to eat Authentic Traditional Thai Food should be directed by MyLann as a restaurant, where it should have a try for the taste.
