ေရေက်ာ္လမ္းမႀကီးေပၚ ျဖတ္သြားျဖတ္လာလုပ္ရင္း ယုိးဒယားစားေသာက္ဆုိင္တစ္ဆုိင္ကုိ သတိထားမိေနတယ္.. ဟုိးအရင္က ဒီဆုိင္ကုိ ဒီေနရာမွာ မေတြ႔မိပါဘူး.. ဖြင့္တာမၾကာေသးတဲ့ဆုိင္အသစ္ဆုိေတာ့ အရသာအသစ္ေတြအတြက္ သြားေရာက္ျမည္းစမ္းၾကည့္ဖုိ႔ စိတ္ကူးထားလုိက္တယ္..

ဒီေန႔ေတာ့ အခြင့္သာတာနဲ႔ “Royal Jade” ကုိ အေရာက္လွမ္းလာျဖစ္ပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္ထဲကုိ လွမ္းဝင္လုိက္တာနဲ႔ ေဖာ္ေ႐ြပ်ဴငွာေသာ ဆုိင္ဝန္ထမ္းအမ်ိဳးသမီးေလးမ်ားက အၿပဳးံခ်ိဳခ်ိဳနဲ႔ လႈိက္လွဲပ်ဴငွာစြာ ႀကိဳဆုိၾကပါတယ္.. ဆုိင္ထဲမွာလည္း ေအးျမေနၿပီး အျမင္႐ွင္းလင္းေအာင္ ျပင္ဆင္ထားပါတယ္.. ၿပီးေတာ့ သပ္ရပ္သန္႔႐ွင္းေနပါတယ္.. မနက္စာကေန ညစာအထိ သုံးေဆာင္ႏုိင္ေအာင္ ျပင္ဆင္ထားတဲ့အတြက္ စားသုံးသူေတြအတြက္ အဆင္ေျပလွပါတယ္.. မနက္စာအတြက္ Dim sum ကုိ မနက္ (၆)နာရီခြဲမွ စတင္သုံးေဆာင္ႏုိင္သလုိ အျခား နန္းႀကီး၊ နန္းျပား၊ ေခါက္ဆြဲ၊ ပလာတာသုပ္တုိ႔ကိုလည္း ရ႐ွိႏုိင္ပါတယ္.. ထုိ႔ျပင္ တစ္ေယာက္တည္း စားသုံးသူမ်ားအတြက္ အထူးသင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ ျပင္ဆင္မႈလည္း ႐ွိပါေသးတယ္.. ထမင္းႏွင့္ဟင္းတြဲလ်က္ေရာင္းခ်ေပးတဲ့ တစ္ေယာက္စာ (Combination Set) ေတြဟာဆုိလုိ႔႐ွိရင္ အမ်ိဳးေပါင္း (၂၃) မ်ိဳးတိတိ႐ွိပါတယ္.. ပုံမွန္တြဲစပ္ေနၾက ကုန္းေဘာင္၊ ခ်ိဳခ်ဥ္စတာမ်ိဳးေတြမပါဝင္ဘဲ အထူးအဆန္း စိတ္ဝင္စားစရာဟင္းလ်ာမ်ားနဲ႔ တြဲစပ္ေပးထားတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္.. ဥပမာ ေျပာျပရရင္ - ၾကက္ေရာင္စုံကမာၻထမင္းျဖဴ၊ ဝက္အူခ်ိဳထမင္းျဖဴ၊ အမဲသားစတိတ္အိစံဟင္းထမင္းျဖဴ စသည္ စသည္ျဖင့္ လူကုိဆြဲေဆာင္ႏုိင္တဲ့ဟင္းလ်ာမ်ားျဖင့္ ျပင္ဆင္ေပးထားတာေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. အျဖစ္သေဘာျပင္ဆင္ထားတာမဟုတ္ဘူးဆုိတာ စိတ္ထဲကလက္ခံလုိက္မိပါတယ္.. ညစာစားဖုိ႔Menuကုိေလ့လာၾကည့္တဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ဟင္းအမ်ိဳးအမည္ေပါင္း ေျမာက္မ်ားစြာ႐ွိတာကုိ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္  ဒါ့အျပင္ ဟင္းပြဲအားလုံးဟာ (တျခားဆုိင္ေတြနဲ႔ယွဥ္လုိက္ရင္) အင္မတန္ေစ်းသက္သာေနတာကုိလည္း ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္.. ေစ်းႏႈန္းကုိေတာ့ ကၽြန္မအရမ္းသေဘာက်သြားၿပီ.. အရသာကေရာ ဘယ္လုိ႐ွိမလဲ.. ကၽြန္မအႀကိဳက္နဲ႔ထပ္တူက်ရဲ႕လားဆုိတာ.. ျမည္းစမ္းၾကည့္ဖုိ႔ အခ်ိန္က်ပါၿပီ.. !!

While crossing over the Yegyaw Main Road I came to notice a Thai Restaurant. It came into the thought to have a taste for the new taste as it was opened not long ago and it was not previously seen there.

                  Today I have a good chance and head towards Royal Jade. Soon after the entrance into the restaurant, I was welcomed by the girl staffs in sweet smiles and hospitality. It was cool in the restaurant and clean and tidy. As it was prepared to have from morning breakfast to diner it was convenient for the consumers.  Dim sum can be eaten starting from 06:30 hours and other. Thick noodle, flat noodle, noodle, Parata Salad were available. Apart from it, there was also arrangement for persons who consumes alone. Combination set of rice and curry were up to 23 kinds . Kone Baung, Sweet and Sour that were normally combined, were not included and it was combined with strange combination of dishes. If it is to say in example, Chicken Rainbow with Rice, Pork Intestines with Rice, Beef Steak Eisan Curry with Rice, etc, were arranged with attraction for the customers. It was accepted, it was not arranged just for show. When the menu was studied for dinner, it was also found out there were several kinds of dishes. Apart from it, all the dishes (in comparison with other restaurants) it was found out, that the price is cheaper. I was pleased with the prices. What about the taste? It was the time to taste, where it is the same as my liking.

                  When a special dish from Weekly Special was ordered, the Dish called “Grilled Sturgeon” came straight into the eyes. And the chicken curry could also make you water in your mouth, at the first of glance of reading it and ordered the “Crispy Chicken Salty Sour” and “Thai Style Curry Whole Fish”. One plate of “Beef Curry” was also ordered. Not long after my order, the dishes of curry arrived at my table. The first curry I tasted was “Grilled Sturgeon”. The thick sturgeon belly pieces were covered with sorts of eatables and wrapped with lead paper and grilled without leaving any scales on it. The sturgeon was really thick and the belly piece without any scale on it was really fresh and delicious. Eatables put on the fish meat, included basil, coriander, onion, Shan coriander, tomato, etc. and “Sour Bamboo Shoot” was also thinly sliced and added, therefore the taste was a little bit sour and effective. Satisfaction was also received, when sweet fish meat was mixed and eaten with the delicious mixed vegetables. Other kind was “Crispy Chicken Salty Sour”. Curry, it was a kind of curry that can be tasted even after hear its name. it made the person watering in the mouth. Fried chicken was also the type, I wanted to eat and I liked. As it also contains green chillies, I like it better. In the “Farmer Soup”, sliced fish meat, prawn and squid were found plenty and as vegetables, crips brinjal, Indian nightshade, bell pepper, baby corn, bean, etc were found included. The taste also cleared the throat just as the Thai curries and it made someone to taste it continuously. As the squids contained in the soup were soft enough, it was very convenient. On the other had, I would also like to talk about “Thai Style Curry Whole Fish”. The whole fish was deep fried in a hot oil pan and sorts of vegetables were cooked in sour – hot taste and poured onto the fried fish. That was a good Thai curry. As it was with a good coconut odour and sour – hot taste, it was a very delicious curry. as the fish was fried, the smel was good and better to eat. For persons, who prefers sour – hot taste, it is very convenient to eat. There still remains “Beef Curry”. It contained 4 big blocks of Beef was very soft and the taste was in Myanmar Style. Without using the strong odour, it was found out to be cooked not to have bad smell. It was really soft and as the taste was very good, there was great satisfaction to eat Beef Curry. As it was found out enabling to cook the Thai dishes as well as Myanmar dishes in good taste, having good standard, I was very glad. If I have time, I’ll go there once again and eat only Myanmar curries and inform MyLann friends for the dessert, I ordered, one glass of Hand Mixed Strawberry Juice because of handmade strawberry juice mixed with milk and strawberry, it was very tasty and luxurious.

In having eaten that way, the dessert, Pickled Tea Leaves Salad bowl, Jaggory Cup was placed in front of me. The specially sent Pickled Tea from Upper Myanmar was tasted together with sweet jaggory pickled tea was mixed with good catena and I had to recognized it. I even forgot to settle the bill in eating tasty pickled tea salad. As today’s dinner was very pleasant and good with best service offers, decoration of the restaurant as well as the taste and hospitality, I was very satisfied.
